infrastructure, and dispute resolution practices, advising multinational corporations,

investors on complex, high-value, and multi-jurisdictional matters.
With more than two decades of legal experience, she is widely recognized for her role in
structuring and negotiating major transactions, strategic government projects, publicprivate partnerships, regulatory frameworks, and cross-border investments, particularly in 
highly regulated sectors. Early in her career, she held board and governance positions at a 
notably young age, becoming one of the youngest professionals appointed to several boards 
and committees, reflecting the high level of trust placed in her professional judgment and strategic 
legal expertise.
Under her leadership, the firm has developed into a specialized international legal platform
handling sophisticated mandates involving corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, 
capital markets, joint ventures, concession agreements, project development, corporate
